Cancellation Policy:

At Pukale Fashion House, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure clarity and fairness:

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Shipping:
    • You can cancel your order at no cost before it has been processed for shipping.
    • To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp at 6361403781.
    • Refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed within 5 business days.
  • After Shipping:
    • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Order Cancellation by Pukale Fashion House

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment Issues: If there is a failure in payment or verification.
  • Fraudulent Activity: If the order is flagged for suspected fraud or misuse.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any pre-paid amount will be refunded within 5 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy:


An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery. Returns are applicable ONLY if the product received has significant defects that affect its usability or appearance, or is significantly different from what was described. We do not accept returns for minor weaving irregularities or slight colour variations (please read our colour disclaimer below). We encourage our customers to embrace these imperfections as a testament to the saree’s artisanal origin.

Mandatory: We only accept exchanges or returns for damaged products, provided you submit a continuous unpacking video capturing and showing the damage clearly as evidence in the same video. Requests without the uncut video will be denied.

Customers can initiate a return request in the following circumstances only.

Initiating Exchange/Return:
To raise an exchange/return request, please send us a WhatsApp message at +91 6361403781.Include order details, reason for return, and an uncut unpacking video (mandatory).

Damaged Product Pick-Up: Once your exchange or return request is approved, we will arrange for the damaged product to be picked up. Our pick-up executive will contact you prior to their arrival.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused. The tag, inner packing, and the saree’s fold should remain intact.

Note: In exceptional cases, such as limited pick-up coverage by our courier partner, we may request the customer to ship the damaged product back to us. Any shipping charges incurred for this will be reimbursed once the product is successfully delivered to us and verified.

Refund Timeframe: If the resolution is a refund, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Color Disclaimer: Slight variations (up to 10%) are possible due to screen calibration and lighting conditions. We strive to provide the most accurate representation of our products, but slight variations may occur.

Note: ‘Pukale Fashion House’ will not be held responsible for any damage to the product after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning, and care, as well as other normal wear and tear. Please ensure to read the ‘Wash and Iron care’ instructions and strictly adhere to them.

International Orders: 

We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India.
